    Incoming Material Inspection

    All components and materials undergo thorough inspection upon receipt. We verify part numbers, check for moisture sensitivity, and perform electrical testing on critical components to ensure authenticity and quality before entering production.

    Automated SMT Assembly

    High-speed placement machines position components with micron-level accuracy. Automated optical inspection (AOI) systems check component placement and solder joint quality in real-time, ensuring defects are caught immediately.

    Reflow Soldering & Inspection

    Precisely controlled reflow ovens create optimal solder joints whilst X-ray inspection systems verify hidden solder connections under BGAs and other complex components.

    Through-Hole & Final Assembly

    Manual and selective soldering processes for through-hole components, followed by final assembly steps including enclosure integration, cable assembly, and mechanical fastening.
